1. Deposit and Payment For all one-to-one (1:1) services provided by Eastern Elements Holistic, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total service fee is required to secure an appointment. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the service fee is due upon completion of the service.
2. Changes to Appointments If you need to make changes to your appointment time or date, please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not permitted, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered no-shows. In such cases, Eastern Elements Holistic will automatically charge the remaining 50% of the service fee to the payment method on file as per the consent provided at the time of booking.
4. Payment Method Payments can be made via accepted credit cards, debit cards, or other pre-approved payment methods. By providing a payment method for the deposit, you authorize Eastern Elements Holistic to store your payment details securely and charge this payment method for any subsequent final payments as outlined above, including fees due to no-show circumstances.
5. Service Completion The remaining balance will be charged immediately upon the completion of the scheduled service. Clients will receive a receipt for the total amount paid, including both the initial deposit and the final payment.
6. Disputes Any disputes concerning the quality of the services provided must be expressed within 24 hours following the completion of the service. Eastern Elements Holistic is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all clients and will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably and professionally.
7. Agreement to Terms By booking a service with Eastern Elements Holistic, you agree to these payment terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms at the time of booking.
