Reiki seeks to calm your mind to help restore your true, healthy state, a balance between your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. In a session, a practitioner enters a meditative state and places hands gently on or over the body to deeply relax you. Like meditation, this calmed state offers the potential for physical healing, reduced stress, connection to purpose, inner change or other benefits.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki can be a deep and powerful, healing resource. When the energy channels and chakras in our energetic body system become blocked due to illness, trauma, stress or anxiety, it affects our entire being. Reiki helps to unblock these channels working towards a better quality of life and well-being.
Sessions can be tailored to address a target area of the body. Alternatively, a full body treatment can work wonders in balancing the harmony within.
During your Reiki treatment, the therapist’s hand may lightly touch specific target areas of the body or hover just above, generating energy and creating warmth.
